Islamabad, Sep 5 : Pakistan's Election Commission has rejected a reference against Imran Khan, declaring it inadmissible.
The Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) and the Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Sher Afgan, had filed references against Imran Khan before the Election Commission, seeking his ouster from Parliament.
Commenting on the decision, Dr. Farooque Sattar, the parliamentary leader of the MQM, said that they would approach the Supreme Court after the judgement details were revealed, The News reported.
