Dubai (United Arab Emirates)/ Trivandrum (Kerala), Sept. 19 (ANI - Business Wire India): SunTec Business Solutions, the global provider of Relationship-based Pricing and centralized billing software, today announced sharpened focus in the Middle East region, with the setting up of a new office in Dubai.

The new office will be the hub for all activities of SunTec in the Middle East (ME) region. The ME office has been set up to primarily concentrate on SunTec's sales endeavours in the UAE, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, KSA, Egypt, Jordan and Syria and also to give a fillip to the dynamic pricing solution vendor's sales efforts aimed at the communications, media and entertainment (CME) and banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI) service providers in the region.

Moreover, the new office will support SunTec's ME clients, who are currently being provided support from SunTec's headquarters in India. The ME office presently employs three people and the headcount is expected to grow to ten in the next six months.

"SunTec's ME office is the latest milestone in the structured expansion strategy that we had adopted in the last six months. Earlier this year, we had expanded our presence in the US and Singapore with new facilities. With the setting up of our new ME facility, we have completed our first phase of expansion for the current fiscal," said Nanda Kumar, CEO of SunTec.

"Now, the focus is on strengthening our presence in these markets through aggressive business development and by providing flawless support to our existing clients in the region. We are also working towards making our product an end-to-end value management system for any enterprise," he added.
