London, Sept 19 : David Gest's rep confirmed that the TV presenter was auditioning for an upcoming road show during his stay in a London hotel, when the hotel staff was left confused with people hovering outside Gest's door.
The hotel staff was puzzled watching colourful characters hovering outside Gest's door, including a queue of dwarves singing musical numbers.
Later on, Gest's rep revealed that he was auditioning for a road show while staying in the hotel.
"In his touring show in early 2008, there are some characters called the Little People of Davidland - they sing with him. It was previewed when David hosted Channel 4's Friday Night Project. It is certainly not a freak show," Daily Express quoted Gest's rep, as saying.
"Well, other characters he's auditioning include the Chinese Girls with Herpes," the rep added.
