Saudi Ambassador to Pakistan, Ali Awaz Al Asiri, has called on deposed Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry at his residence.

Islamabad, Dec 7 : Saudi Ambassador to Pakistan, Ali Awaz Al Asiri, has called on deposed Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry at his residence.

Intelligence sources said that this meeting between the Saudi Ambassador and former Chief Justice Chaudhry lasted for about an hour at the Judges Colony, where the demands for the re-instatement of the Judges and other options were deliberated.

The News quoted sources as saying that following the parley with Chaudhry, Saudi Ambassador also visited the foreign office here and discussed matters of national importance.
