London, Dec 28 : As a tribute to mark James Bond creator, Ian Fleming's birth centenary, extra-long stamps will be issued in London.
The Royal Mail said that six stamps are to be issued on January 8.
The stamps will feature different editions of his novels, including 'Casino Royale' and 'Dr No', reports Times Online.
In the month of February, Royal Mail will celebrate working dogs in action, and also, the life and times of British monarchs will be commemorated in the same month.
Other stamps, whose issues have been planned for the next year include - a series celebrating the work of the RNLI and coastguards, and others on cathedrals, Carry On and Hammer Horror films, women of distinction, endangered insects and a commemoration of the end of the First World War.
