Kathmandu, Dec.27 : Rakesh Sood, presently India's Ambassador to Afghanistan has been appointed as the next Ambassador of India to Nepal.
A member of the 1976 batch of the Indian Foreign Service, Mr. Sood is expected to take up his assignment shortly.
