Pakistans Railways Minister Shaikh Rashid has said that the uniform issue will not be an issue during the forthcoming presidential elections, saying that President General Pervez Musharraf will decide on it according to the Constitution and the law.
Islamabad, Aug.28 : Pakistan's Railways Minister Shaikh Rashid has said that the uniform issue will not be an issue during the forthcoming presidential elections, saying that President General Pervez Musharraf will decide on it according to the Constitution and the law.
Rashid told Geo News that the government is talking with political groups on the uniform issue, and added that the president would soon say something about it.
Rashid said Pakistani politicians play with the people and also seek the path leading to the power.
He also ruled out the possibility of Musharraf not being in a position to garner enough votes.
