Three brothers have been branded the stupidest robbers ever by their victims.
London, August 18 : Three brothers have been branded the 'stupidest robbers ever' by their victims.
Ill-fated David and Lee Stanton were sent to the lock-up after two failed robbery attempts in a city centre, reports the Mirror.
On July 12, David and Lee Stanton tried to hold up a petrol station in Leeds after revealing their ID by paying for goods on a credit card.
The next day, the duo was joined by brother Neil and targeted Takeaway boss Nadim Choudry's pizza outlet.
They looked at the menu for ten minutes and left, following which Lee returned with a knife and told staff that he 'wanted money,' while his brothers stood outside signalling what he should do next.
Choudry's staff, which chased them off the premises, said that they were the worst, most stupid robbers ever.
While the two older brothers were jailed for six years, Neil was sentenced to two years in a Young Offenders' Institution.
