London, Aug 15 : Working in the UK must not be a very pleasant experience, for a poll has found that two out of every five Brit workers can't stand their colleagues.
The poll, for recruitment site www.jobs2view.com, was carried out on 2,500 workers.
To their astonishment, the surveyors found that 45 percent of Brits don't like at least one other member of their team, while 20 percent can't stand their boss.
A third admitted that they had quit their jobs because they could not get along with colleagues, with almost the same number admitting that they think about quitting every day, reports The Sun.
1,250 people said that they feel excluded because there was too much groupism at the workplace.
The survey also found more than 50 percent of the people questioned saw their job as only a means to make money, and nothing more.
Three-quarters said that their job did not matter to them, and 16 per cent revealed that they were only working to pass time.
The website's boss Jon Glas admitted that "These results are alarming."
