AAP chief moves to High Court

Aam Aadmi Party chief and former Chief Minister of Delhi on Monday moved to Delhi High Court challenging a trial court order sending him to judicial custody. The Delhi High Court posted the matter for Tuesday and was moved by Kejriwal's counsels mentioned the matter before a division bench comprising of Justice BD Ahmed and Justice Sidharth Mridual for urgent hearing.
It may be recalled that the former Delhi Chief Minister is in judicial custody in Tihar Jail till June 6 following he refused to furnish a personal bond of Rs. 10,000 in a defamation case by BJP leader Nitin Gadkari.
