The focus of the colloquium over the last three years has been consistent - to demystify the concepts of CMMI High Maturity and share real life implementation experiences of organizations across industries. Business excellence requires a strong process culture along with leadership commitment at various levels of the organization. This is further backed up by knowledge of tools, techniques, the right competencies and the right approaches. To ensure results in a sustained manner at all levels and times, organizations continuously learn, both from their own activities and performance and from that of others and progressively move their operational processes towards higher maturity.

Collabera’s approach, post their CMMI assessment has been multipronged. Organization wide performance improvement initiatives have brought large scale improvements that kept the momentum going. A series of initiatives are being driven to drive higher ownership among practitioners and collectively they have built a process centric culture and continued the journey. This paper presented all these strategies in detail.

Congratulating all the winners on their achievement, Navyug Mohnot, CEO, QAI India Ltd., said, "The High Maturity Best Practices Conference and Awards were created as a unique forum for exchanging, learning and accelerating the implementation of CMMI best practices in the domain of Software Process Improvement.
