  • The Supreme court has dismissed a write petition filed by Social activist Iniyan John challenging the eligibility and qualification of UPA presidential candidate Pranab Mukherjee. In his petition, John claimed that Pranab has failed to discharge his duties during his tenure as the Finance Minister. He intentionally withheld details of black-money holders, John claimed.
