  • UPA has won the vote on FDI in multi-brand retail in Lok Sabha after Samajwadi Party and Bahujan Samaj Party abstained from voting. UPA won the votes with 253 votes. 218 votes were polled against FDI.
  • UPA won the vote on FEMA amendment in Lok Sabha with 254 votes.
  • A Delhi court extends the custody of Sukhdev Singh Namdhari till December 7, who is booked on the charges of murder in slain liquor baron Ponty Chadha's shootout case. Sukhdev Singh Namdhari is a former Uttarakhand minority panel chief.
