The arrangement of portfolios in Dr. Manmohan Singh-led UPA Government gives Senior Congress leader Kapil Sibal ( the Ministry of Human Resource), Veerapa Moily (Law and Justice), Ambika Soni (Information and Broadcasting), Murali Deora (Petroleum), Jaipal Reddy (Urban Development), Meira Kumar (Water Resources), Salman Khurshid (Minority Affairs), Virbhadra Singh (Steel), and Vilasrao Deshmukh (Heavy Industries and Pubic Enterprises).
