Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will be visiting Amritsar on Monday to pay his obeisance at the Golden Temple.
New Delhi, Mar 22 : Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will be visiting Amritsar on Monday to pay his obeisance at the Golden Temple.
This is his first trip outside Delhi since he underwent a coronary by-pass surgery.
He will also visit the Durgiyana Mandir during his visit to Amritsar.
Seventy-six-year-old Singh underwent a 'redo' coronary artery bypass surgery to remove five blockages in his heart at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences on January 24 and has since been recuperating.
