Three suspected Students Islamic Movement of India (SIMI) activists were arrested by police following raids in the New Housing Board colony.

Morena (Madhya Pradesh), May 8 : Three suspected Students Islamic Movement of India (SIMI) activists were arrested by police following raids in the New Housing Board colony.

One of the arrested belonged to Kayamganj in Uttar Pradesh, while the other two were from Morena, police said. They also confirmed the seizure of fake currency with the face value of Rs 80,000 and four mobiles.

The raids were conducted on the basis of information provided. The arrested have been identified as Naajmia, Sudhir Jadaun and Rajbir Gurjar.
