Three militants were killed in an encounter with security forces in Jammu and Kashmirs Pulwama District on Saturday.

Pulwama, May 17 : Three militants were killed in an encounter with security forces in Jammu and Kashmir's Pulwama District on Saturday.

After receiving a tip-off, police along with the army and the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) laid a cordon around Lurgam-Tral village, 45 kms from Srinagar.

According to the police, militants were killed in firing after they showered bullets on the forces from a house.
