In a clash between two rival underground groups of Nagaland on the outskirts of Dimapur on Friday, twelve people lost their lives. he cadres from the Government of the Peoples Republic of Nagalim (GPRN)/NSCN Unification reportedly launched an offensive on the camp of National Socialist Council of Nagaland Isak-Muivah NSCN (I-M). There was retaliation, which resulted in violence.

Kohima, May 16 : In a clash between two rival underground groups of Nagaland on the outskirts of Dimapur on Friday, twelve people lost their lives. he cadres from the Government of the People's Republic of Nagalim (GPRN)/NSCN Unification reportedly launched an offensive on the camp of National Socialist Council of Nagaland Isak-Muivah NSCN (I-M). There was retaliation, which resulted in violence.

The cadres who lost their lives belong to the GPRN/NSCN Unification cadre. asualty on the other side is yet to be ascertained. During the past two months, nearly 40 people, including civilians and students, have lost their lives in factional fighting.
