New Delhi, May 14 : The Foreign Secretary Shiv Shankar Menon today said that the fourth round of India's composite dialogue with Pakistan would focus on maintaining peace and security and added that the issue of terrorism would be high on the agenda.
He said the Foreign Secretary-level and Foreign Ministerial talks will also include six other topics.
"The priority of our talks would be to stop violence and cross border terrorism. It is necessary condition in many ways in what we are trying to achieve in the relationship with Pakistan," Menon said on the sidelines of a briefing on Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh's two-day visit to Bhutan, which commences on May 16.
"Infiltration itself is a big problem. We will deal with it on the ground and also bilaterally with Pakistan. We will raise it with them," Menon said.
He refused to blame anyone for Tuesday's Jaipur blasts, saying investigations were still on to ascertain who was behind it.
"We are still in the process of investigation. When we come to a conclusion about the roots, sources etc, then we will decide what to do," he said when asked if this incident will be discussed with Pakistan.
"Infiltration is very high on agenda under Peace and Security (subject of composite dialogue). Certainly, we will raise it," he told reporters.
"Terrorism is a fact of life. There is no question of surprise. We have to deal with this complex problem, and not jump to any conclusions," he said.
