A labourer was killed in the early morning on Sunday after being allegedly hit by an Air India service bus inside the high-security Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport.

Mumbai, Mar 30 : A labourer was killed in the early morning on Sunday after being allegedly hit by an Air India service bus inside the high-security Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport.

Forty-year-old Dyaneshwar Appa Kunte, who is employed as a loader with Khambatta Aviation, died on the spot after being hit by the bus at bay number 46 of the airport.

A senior police official said the driver of the bus managed to flee from the scene and added that he has been identified and efforts were on to nab him.
