Death toll in Manipur militants killings reaches 14

Unidentified militants have gunned down at least 14 non-Manipuris in two separate incidents that took place last night.

Imphal, Mar 18 : Unidentified militants have gunned down at least 14 non-Manipuris in two separate incidents that took place last night.

According to official sources, militants gunned down non-Manipuris at Takhel and Keibi.

All the victims were labourers, and hailed from Bihar, the sources added.

No individual or organisation has claimed responsibility for the killing so far.

The bodies are now lying at the Regional Institute of Medical Science Hospital in Manipur for identification.
