Cleartrip Rated Most User-Friendly Travel Website by JuxtConsult Consumer Research

Cleartrip, India's leading travel portal has emerged as India's most loved travel portal as well. In a consumer research conducted by leading independent online research and advisory organization JuxtConsult, the lucid user interface of www.cleartrip.com emerged as overall winner in the travel websites category.

Consumers rated various players in the online travel category based on 19 distinct parameters that measures 'user friendliness' and 'satisfactory usage experience' of a website. Cleartrip emerged as a clear winner in overall 'Website User Friendliness' (WUF) index beating all its competitors in the segment.

The JuxtConsult research conducted on the online travel portals involved all the leading players in the segment - Cleartrip, Makemytrip, Yatra, Travelguru and Indiatimes Travel. To measure the 'Website User-Friendliness' Index, respondents were asked to rate the travel portals on 19 distinct parameters under 4 categories: ease of access, design appeal, ease of usage and usage satisfaction.
