Aarushi case: CBI arrests Durranis servant Rajkumar

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) arrested Rajkumar, domestic help of the Durranis, here today in connection with the Aarushi-Hemraj murder case.

New Delhi, June 27 : The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) arrested Rajkumar, domestic help of the Durranis, here today in connection with the Aarushi-Hemraj murder case.

Rajkumar was arrested on the basis of tests - lie detector, narco-analysis and brain mapping - conducted at Forensic Sciences Laboratory, Gandhinagar in Gujarat from June 23 to June 26.

He would be produced before the Duty Magistrate in Ghaziabad on Saturday.

The CBI also recovered a blood stained T-shirt from Rajkumar. The T-shirt has been sent to the Centre for DNA Fingerprinting and Diagnostics (CDFD) Hyderabad for further tests to check if the bloodstains were matching with that of the victims' - teenage girl Aarushi or the domestic help Hemraj.

This is the third arrest in the sensational Noida double murder case.

Earlier, Dr. Rajesh Talwar(father of Aarushi Talwar) and Krishna, the compounder of Dr Rajesh Talwar have been arrested as suspects in the case.

Krishna is the prime accused in the case and has been sent to judicial custody till July 11.
