Jammu, July 24 : Authorities in Jammu today imposed night curfew at the border belt of Jammu District as they said there was an apprehension of weapons being smuggled to subversives.
The curfew has been imposed for a period of two months, and restricts the movement of persons from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.
Jammu District Magistrate said: "Restrictions on the movement of people during night hours are necessary for the safety of public life and property."
