Congress president Sonia Gandhis health is critical, but it would improve in a fortnight, a website has claimed.

New Delhi, Jan 5 : Congress president Sonia Gandhi's health is critical, but it would improve in a fortnight, a website has claimed.

"Currently Sonia, who is admitted in the intensive care unit of the Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, is suffering from serious breathing problem. Her condition would improve in a fortnight," www.politicsparty.com has said.

The website further claims that Sonia's lungs are not functioning properly, but it could be cured if the blockage is removed and infection is treated.

Sonia was admitted to the hospital late on December 31 night after she suffered an asthma attack.

B K Rao, Chairman of the hospital's Board of Directors had said that Sonia was diagnosed with mild chest infection.
