Boiler blast injures 12 in Assam

At least 12 workers of an aluminium manufacturing factory were seriously injured in a boiler blast in upper Assam on Friday.

Dibrugarh, Feb.8 : At least 12 workers of an aluminium manufacturing factory were seriously injured in a boiler blast in upper Assam on Friday.

Police said excessive heat in the oiler inside the Assam Aluminium company at Lahoal in Dibrugarh District caused the incident.

The injured have reportedly been admitted to the Assam Medical College Hospital in critical condition.
