To the delight of the gourmet lovers, Jaipur has played host to a food festival with a variety of lip smacking traditional dishes of Rajasthan.
Jaipur, Apr 3 : To the delight of the gourmet lovers, Jaipur has played host to a food festival with a variety of lip smacking traditional dishes of Rajasthan.
The recently concluded festival turned out to be very popular among the residents as well as tourists.
The visitors enjoyed dishes ranging from the famous 'Dal Bati Choorma', a traditional dish made of pulses, to the popular 'Chakki ki Sabji', a traditional curry.
"It's really nice. I am really liking it because there are lot of famous dishes," said Shefali Gupta, a visitor.
The icing on the cake was the 'Bejar ki Roti', a bread made out of millets.
"The festival has a whole gamut of food items and dishes. To enjoy the real taste of Rajasthan's cuisine, one needs to taste all these dishes at least once," said A.K. Gupta, another visitor.
