Close on the heel of Congress leaders projecting him as the future Prime Minister of the country, the scion of Gandhi family, Rahul Gandhi, on Saturday said that he feels insulted when people calls Yuvraj, adding that Prime Minister Manmohan Singh is the most able person for PMs chair.

Raipur, Apr 26 : Close on the heel of Congress leaders projecting him as the future Prime Minister of the country, the scion of Gandhi family, Rahul Gandhi, on Saturday said that he feels insulted when people calls "Yuvraj", adding that Prime Minister Manmohan Singh is the "most able person for PM's chair."

"Manmohan Singh is my leader and the most able person for PM's chair," he said.

Earlier this week, description of Rahul Gandhi as a "Yuvraj" (prince) of common man by a Congress member sparked an uproar in the Rajya Sabha with BJP objecting to the use of the term as a "blot on democracy."

Rahul Gandhi, 38, an MP from Amethi in Uttar Pradesh, has lately reinforced his standing as a Congress leader through his countrywide campaigns.

He has shown concern for the rights of Dalits and has intervened in the National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (NREGS), the UPA government's flagship programme.
