Ranchi, Apr 26 : Five people, including three police personnel were killed in an encounter between security forces and extremists in Jharkhand's Dumka District this morning.
Among the dead was Samsad Ansari, a receipient of the President's Award for outstanding service who was posted specially in the Naxal-dominated area.
