New Delhi, Apr.19 : The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Saturday lauded the political progress being made in Nepal.
The BJP welcomed the transformation in the country, stating that Nepal is headed towards becoming a democratic republic through the Constituent Assembly (CA).
It said in a statement that the Nepalis would be able to put forth their opinions in true form in the country's new democracy, and hoped that a 'religiously tolerant' Nepal would not stand against Hinduism and India.
