New Delhi, Sept 6 : The Union Cabinet today gave its approval for constitution of the Council for Promotion of Overseas Employment (CPOE).
The council will study, monitor, research and analyze employment potential in the world manpower market.
It would also institute and monitor skill development programmes and would standardize skill certification, by coordinating with concerned public and private agencies.
