The Northern India Regional Council of Indian Institute of Company Secretaries, New Delhi is organising a seminar on 29th September 07 on "Raising of International Funds and Listing Overseas( Covering ADRs, GDRs,FCCBs and AIM Listing)" at Hotel Le-Meridien, Janpath, New Delhi. Various technical and legal aspects of raising of funds on Alternative Investment Market (AIM Listing) viz why go overseas for equity, planning to IPO on AIM : Issues for International Companies, AIM Listing- Structuring and Indian Legal Framework will be discussed at the Seminar. Various Technical and Legal aspects of raising of funds through FCCBs/ ADRs/GDRs viz Insurance of ADRs/GDRs issued by a Company, regulatory Framework and process, Company Secretary and FCCBs - Issues involved, Listing at Overseas Stock Exchange- Regulatory Compliances, Role of Auditors in Overseas Fund Raising will also be threadbare discussed. The seminar will be inaugurated by Sh.Jitesh Khosla, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Corporate affairs, Govt. of India. Ms.Preeti Malhotra, President, ICSI will be presiding over the function.
