Ninety-four percent of customers rated the overall quality support received from Cincom as good, very good or excellent.

Ninety percent of customers rated the support skill level as good, very good, or excellent.

Ninety-one percent of customers rated Cincom support engineers' sense of urgency in resolving the problem as good, very good, or excellent.
Nine Out of 10 Customers Would Recommend Cincom to Others
Ninety percent of customers would recommend Cincom software to another company.
