A major fire at an oil storage facility near Indore has destroyed stocks and property worth millions of rupees.

Indore, Sept. 17 : A major fire at an oil storage facility near Indore has destroyed stocks and property worth millions of rupees.

The fire erupted at a wholesale godown located at Laturia Mori, 15 kilometers from Indore, which contained oils, perfumes, food additives and soap.

"We got the information from the control room. I sent six fire brigade vehicles from three to four fire stations. The fire is now under control," claimed Y. S. Solanki, the Chief of the Laturia Mori Fire Station.

No human casualties have been reported. The reasons for the fire is being probed.
