New Delhi, Sep 13 : A boy as young as 10 years of age has applied his brains in an unusual but intelligent way - he is suing his dad over pocket money issues.
Fed-up of his low monthly pocket money, the 10-year-old boy from Dalian, Liaoning Province, called a lawyer, a friend of his dad, asking if he would represent him to get more payment from his father.
"Receiving his call last week, I thought that his parents might be divorced. So, he needed expenses for his own upbringing," China Daily quoted Wu, the lawyer, as saying.
"Later, he told me that he wanted to sue his dad because the dad didn't give much pocket money," he added.
The boy was forced to contemplate taking his father to the court, because the latter refused to give his son more pocket money fearing it would spoil him.
