The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) today for the first time framed charges against Moninder Singh Pandher, the owner of the house in Nithari, where at least 19 women and children were sexually assaulted and killed.
Ghaziabad, Sept 12 : The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) today for the first time framed charges against Moninder Singh Pandher, the owner of the house in Nithari, where at least 19 women and children were sexually assaulted and killed.
Pandher has been charged in connection to rape and murder of 22-year-old Payal.
Payal had gone missing, and investigation into it led to the unearthing of a serial killing allegedly carried out by Pandher's servant Moninder Singh Koli.
Till date most of the grave charges have been framed against Koli, while Pandher has been charged with some minor allegations.
