A Renewable Energy Park has been set up by Tripura Renewable Energy Development Agency (TREDA) with the financial assistance of the Union Ministry of New and Renewable Energy in Agartala.
New Delhi, Oct 4 : A Renewable Energy Park has been set up by Tripura Renewable Energy Development Agency (TREDA) with the financial assistance of the Union Ministry of New and Renewable Energy in Agartala.
Built in an area of four acres at Tripura University (TU) complex, the project has cost the exchequer Rs. 184 lakh.
The park will be jointly maintained by the TREDA and TU for the next six months and thereafter it will be handed over to this central University.
Chief Minister of Tripura, Manik Sarkar, today launched the park.
