Union Minister for State for Human Resource Development Ashraf Fatmi has been accused of conspiring to murder the Deputy Mayor of Darbhanga, Badrujama Khan.
Darbangha (Bihar), Oct 16 : Union Minister for State for Human Resource Development Ashraf Fatmi has been accused of conspiring to murder the Deputy Mayor of Darbhanga, Badrujama Khan.
Darbhanga Police confirmed that five persons, besides the Counsellor of Darbangha Ayanullah Khan, have been arrested. Ayanullah confessed to the police about the whole plot.
Fatmi and Ayanullah are from the Rashtriya Janata Dal, while Badrujama Khan belongs to the Janata Dal (United).
Both Mayor Ajay Paswan and his Deputy are from the ruling BJP-JD(U) alliance.
