A Jet Airways flight, which was on its way to Udaipur from Jaipur, made an emergency landing here on Tuesday.
Jaipur, Oct 16 : A Jet Airways flight, which was on its way to Udaipur from Jaipur, made an emergency landing here on Tuesday.
The flight was forced to make a precautionary landing after being hit by a bird.
Airport Manager Anuj Agarwal said that the Delhi-Jaipur-Udaipur flight left for Udaipur after proper check-up, and added that passengers on board were safe and there was no damage to the aircraft.
Superintendent of Police (East) V K Singh said that the incident took place soon after flight took off from Sangner Airport near Jaipur.
Similar kind of incident happened on Monday when a Jet Airways flight, carrying Indian and Australian cricketers, made an emergency landing in Nagpur after hitting a flock of birds.
