New Delhi, Nov 28 : Visiting Vietnamese Deputy Defence General Nguven Huy Hieu today met Indian Defence Minister A K Antony here as part of the third Indo-Vietnam Security Dialogue process.
The security dialogue commenced on Tuesday and is expected to end on Sunday.
On Thursday, both countries are likely to sign the agreed minutes of the present dialogue.
Earlier this year, India and Vietnam signed a joint declaration for establishing a strategic partnership besides inking a number of agreements.
The joint declaration was signed between Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and his Vietnamese counterpart Nguyen Tan Dung in New Delhi, to diversify and deepen the relationship between the two nations in a rapidly changing environment.
