Manmohan meets Kalam

Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh called on President A.P.J. Abdul Kalam at Rashtrapati Bhavan here today, which the Prime Ministers Office said was part of the regular interactions between the two leaders.

New Delhi, June 19 : Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh called on President A.P.J. Abdul Kalam at Rashtrapati Bhavan here today, which the Prime Minister's Office said was part of the regular interactions between the two leaders.

The meeting lasted twenty-five minutes.

The Prime Minister briefed the President on his discussions with leaders of various counties during the Outreach Summit of the G8 Countries and Outreach Countries (Brazil, China, India, Mexico and South Africa) early this month.
