Muzaffarabad, July 4 : Hizbul Mujahideen chief and the chairman of Kashmir's United Jihad Council Syed Salahuddin, has threatened to carry out more militant attacks in Jammu and Kashmir if human rights abuses involving the Indian Army don't end.
Syed Salahuddin said the incidents of rape and molestation in Kupwara and Kunnan Bandipura and the arrest of people is becoming a daily practice with the Army.
Criticising politicians in the Kashmir Valley for ignoring human rights violations, the Hizb leader called for greater unity among Kashmiris.
The Dawn newspaper quoted Salahuddin as saying that some Hurriyat leaders were preventing the Kashmiris from remaining united.
