President Pratibha Patil will begin her three-day visit to the Andaman and Nicobar Islands today.
New Delhi, Dec 26 : President Pratibha Patil will begin her three-day visit to the Andaman and Nicobar Islands today.
During her visit, President Patil will visit the rehabilitation work sites in the tsunami affected areas and interact with the islanders.
The President is scheduled to visit Air Force Tsunami Memorial in Car-Nicobar.
Besides, she will visit the National Memorial Cellular Jail and will lay wreath at the Freedom Fighters Memorial Column.
