The bodies of seven engineering students, who were killed in Saturdays twin bomb explosions in Hyderabad, have reached Pune.
Pune, Aug 27 : The bodies of seven engineering students, who were killed in Saturday's twin bomb explosions in Hyderabad, have reached Pune.
Ved Prakash Gupta, an official, confirmed that the bodies have been handed over to the families.
Emotional scenes were witnessed at Pune Airport as the coffins arrived and were later taken by road to a college in Ahmednagar.
Eleven of the 45 students and four teachers from the engineering college at Sangamnar in Ahmednagar District were injured in the blasts.The group was watching a laser light show at the Lumbini Park open-air auditorium, when the explosions took place.Around 800 people were present at the show.
Saturday's blasts came three months after 16 people were killed in a bomb blast at the Mecca Masjid in the city.
