A sparrow that was rescued by a Taiwanese couple now refuses to leave them.
New Delhi, Aug 24 : A sparrow that was rescued by a Taiwanese couple now refuses to leave them.
The bird was rescued by the couple while still a fledgling and nursed back to health by them when it fell off a tree and hurt itself.
That was five years ago.
Today, the sparrow has become a firm part of the family, and even eats at the table with them, reports China Daily.
The little bird also ensured that head of the family Wen gets enough of sleep, for if he doesn't call it a night after 11pm and decides to stay up a bit late to watch TV, the bird keeps hopping around him till he switches off the TV and heads to bed.
