New Delhi, Aug 17 : Congress President and United Progressive Alliance (UPA) Chairperson Sonia Gandhi today launched Jai Hind TV, a news and entertainment channel.
The channel backed by Congress will have its head office in Thiruvananthapuram.
Addressing the gathering, Gandhi urged the media to adhere to the values of professionalism.
Union Minister for Information and Broadcasting P R Dasmunsi was also present on the occasion.
