Cincom Systems India, a subsidiary of software giant Cincom Systems Inc, USA, today announced its corporate social responsibility program - iMAD. Taking the lead to start serious Cincom philanthropy and make a difference to the community, the program will focus on encouraging and empowering each and every staff member to work towards the betterment of the society. Cincom believes that this programme will hearten each member of Cincom family to provide his/her support and eventually lead to think that "I Made a Difference".(iMAD).
Under this program all the staff members of Cincom Systems India will be encouraged to contribute in their own ways (time, knowledge, etc.) towards enriching lives of the lesser fortunate members of our society. Taking due care of the environment and strong ethical practices will form the bases of the program. The entire program will be supported by the company and will initiate with a first step towards working for the betterment of the less and under privileged children of the society.
The first project under this initiative, Cincom Systems India will be giving away a limited number of 25 computers for the children of its contract and support staff at just Rs. 100/-.
Says Pantulu Avasarala, Director, Cincom India Development Centre, "The company hopes this initiative will help the children of our employees to gain access to a better education and a more lucrative job market in the future."

Employee volunteers from Cincom will also be nominated to be PC Buddies to these children to train them in the use of the PC and be available to guide the child as a mentor.
It will also associate itself with certain government schools and NGO in this endeavor. The company would like to equally and jointly try to make a difference towards society in whatever way(s) it can.
The program will run the stewardship of Mr. Pantulu Avasarala, Director, Cincom Systems India Development Facility. As responsible citizens and members of the Cincom family the company hopes that each of its employees will join hands to help bring joy and success to the lives of all members of its family as well as the members of the society that supports us. The effort of the iMAD program is not just to create but also sustain community empowerment.
