Rahm Israel Emanuel (born November 29, 1959 <%afu(1129)%>) is an American politician who has been a Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives. He is a former aide of Bill Clinton and is the person who helped ease the tension between Bill Clinton and Barack Obama during the 2008 campaign.
