Joseph Biden is the Vice President of the United States of America.

Professional Biography

Joe Biden represented the state of Delaware in the United States Senate since 1972, when he was elected at the age of twenty-nine. He is the running mate for Barack Obama. Former US President Bill Clinton praised Joe Biden as a whiz on foreign affairs.

In March 2010, Biden was caught in yet another foot-in-the-mouth situation when he was overheard telling a companion: Its easy being Vice President. You dont have to do anything.

On US Relationships with Pakistan

In February 09, he termed Pakistan as an important ally of the US in its 'war on terror', and asked for a strengthening of ties between both countries in order to stabilise the region.

In February 2010, the Republicans have criticized Biden for taking credit for American success in Iraq and the drawndown of troops both in Iraq and Afghanistan. He reacted saying that the American troops have killed 12 of the top 20 Al Qaeda leaders and taken out 100 of their affiliates during President Obamas regime.
