Chrome Operating System is the operating system software from Google Inc that runs on netbooks to desktop computers. The announcement about Chrome OS was made in July 2009. A company spokesman said that the list of computer manufactures who have already signed up to work with Google and support the OS will be made shortly. The spokesperson said that Android and Chrome Operating Systems will be completely different.
